CLEAR LINK Networks is not willing to gamble its future by not being prepared for business disruption, emergency or disaster. This disaster recovery plan provides the general information for dealing with emergency situations. Additional, more detailed operations procedures and plans are documented inside of CLEAR LINK's NOC for specific emergency facilities. CLEAR LINK’s plan during any outage concern is to bring the systems or services back online without delay. Some areas of the business have been determined to not require recovery immediately if the outage would occur during non-business hours, therefore the recovery procedure may not be executed until the next business day. In all cases where CLEAR LINK’s customer quality of service is affected, our personnel will respond immediately 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. |
