CLEAR LINK's Network Operating Center (NOC) houses all of the data center’s internal server systems and corporate servers used for monitoring, ticket tracking and other corporate file & print services.
CLEAR LINK's server standards are configured in two ways:
Production/Redundant - Fully redundant power supplies, RAID arrays (minimum of RAID-1 for operating system and minimum of RAID-5 for data/storage) and hot-swap fan trays. This configuration is used for production (or live) data which is stored only on this server.
Production/Replicated - Single power supply, no raid array (OS and data can be stored on the same physical drive, but operating system and data MUST be logically separated) and non hot-swap fan trays. This configuration is used for production (or live) data which is fully replicated to one (or more) servers - thus creating redundancy through clustering.
A minimum of one system of each standard, along with spare parts are also stored in CLEAR LINK's locker along with cataloged copies of all software packages used for the systems.
