Contracted arrangements are made with an answering service to support CLEAR LINK's data center, network operations center and corporate headquarters in the event of a failure with the PBX phone system. Cell phones are issued to every full-time and on-call employee and will be used exclusively during a phone system outage. The answering service will handle all inbound calls to the main line and help desk calls to the help desk lines and properly patch calls to the appropriate employee cell phone numbers.
