| In the event that the entire building infrastructure has been destroyed or compromised due to fire, explosion, or complete catastrophic event, temporary hot-site facilities have been arranged at a co-lo facility in Ft. Lauderdale and/or Miami. Re-routing of all Class C NetBlock IP’s to this vendor will be immediately executed and all dedicated customer equipment will be recovered and/or procured and shipped by enclosed truck to the facility. The vendor has agreed to provide caged floor space and high-speed Internet backbone ready for temporary facilitation of CLEAR LINK’s core servers, routers, and switched systems. Any destroyed servers will be recovered at the facility and the dedicated server customer servers will be re-constructed according to disaster recovery plans established with customers. Customers who have engaged CLEAR LINK Networks for disaster recovery services will have data and servers restored to their alternate location within 48 hours. Those without disaster recovery services, but with dedicated servers will be restored using CLEAR LINK's best effort recovery. These customers may be restored to virtual servers to facilitate faster recovery times. |
