2. Download the Instant Support application to your desktop by clicking HERE

3. Click Run at the support.exe File Download window

Download Instant Remote Support from CLEAR LINK Networks, Inc.

4. Click Run again to verify access to your computer.

5. A Total Assistance Center technician will give you an assigned ID number, please enter it and click OK.

6. Sit back, relax and let us do the work.
