Holiday Pay

We recognize New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day as holidays. Employees who work on any of these holidays receive compensation at two times their regular hourly wage for the number of hours actually worked.

Employees who are scheduled to work either the day before or the day after a recognized holiday, or both, must work the scheduled day(s) in order to receive holiday pay for working on the holiday.

Employees not scheduled to work on a recognized holiday do not receive compensation for that holiday.

Vacation Time

Employees who work full-time are eligible for two-weeks of paid vacation per year, and are eligible to use accrued vacation time after completing twelve months of continuous employment with Clear Link Networks, Inc. In addition, employees may not accrue more than 80 hours of vacation time. Any vacation time earned over 80 hours will be forfeited by the employee.

When an individual who has been employed is terminated, vacation time that has been earned but not taken will not be paid. When an individual who has been employed resigns with 2 weeks notice, vacation time that has been earned but not taken will be paid.

Vacation time must be scheduled in advance and approved by the supervisor. To request vacation time, an employee should complete and submit to his/her supervisor a Vacation / Leave of Absence Request form.

Health Insurance

A group medical insurance program is not available al this time.
